Parent & Child Yoga
Ages 1 - 4
Parents and caregivers with children are invited to yoga at the library! Partner with your child in simple animated poses, games, music and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness. Bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter your wings in butterfly! This fun class provides key bonding methods between parent and child, while strengthening their growing muscles.
No registration required. Held in the lower level program room.
