Computer Workshop: Health and Wellness Apps

Computer Workshop: Health and Wellness Apps In-Person

Make your smartphone a partner in developing your healthy lifestyle. From on-demand yoga or other training workouts, and activity and nutrition tracking, to sleep cycle analysis, stress reduction, and meditation, a world of useful apps is in your hands.

In this 1-hour workshop, find out how health-related alerts and reminders can help you take medications at the proper times, increase your activity level, eat more consciously, and get better sleep. And how about some music to help you zip through your workout?

Free and open to the public but registration is required.
