Introduction to Tai Chi and Qigong In-Person

Discover the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong with Michael Corvese.

Practiced in China for thousands of years, the health benefits are undeniable and acknowledged by Western medical experts. Tai Chi and Qigong practice can result in mental, emotional, and physical improvements such as: Lowered stress and anxiety; increased mental focus; improved balance and flexibility; prevention of disease and overall health improvement.

This one hour class will include a lecture, a demonstration, and participation.

Participants will be asked to complete a waiver of liability form.

Michael Corvese has been a student of Master Jesse Harding, at Villari’s Martial Arts Center, since 2021, practicing the 37 posture Yang style Taijiquan form, learning new and interesting Qigong sets, and attending advanced Qigong and meditation classes. Michael received his certification as a Taijiquan/Qigong Instructor in 2023.

He has been sharing the benefits of this practice with family and friends for several years.
