Food is Medicine Series In-Person
This series runs on four consecutive Wednesdays, March 27 to April 17 from 5-6 PM. Please note that when you register you are signing up for all 4 sessions.
Learn how to prepare nutritious and flavorful meals on a budget and decrease your risk of obesity and related chronic diseases through food and diet changes. Each week of the series will feature a different recipe and live cooking demonstration with Kathi Masi, a nutrition and culinary arts specialist. Samples of the food will be available to taste.
Participants who attend at least 3 sessions will receive a free bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a cookbook!
